Phase 1: Discovery A free strategy call where we map your goals, audience and existing setup. We ask what your community is for, what should happen automatically, and what "success in six months" looks like. You get an honest assessment — including whether you actually need a custom build or whether a smaller setup covers it.
Phase 2: Strategy We translate the discovery into an architecture plan: channel and category map, role hierarchy, permission model, moderation concept, and — for Pro and Custom tiers — the automation and bot logic. You review and approve this plan before anything is built.
Phase 3: Build Server structure, permissions, branding assets, onboarding flow and bot configuration are implemented and tested on a staging server. Custom bots are developed against your approved specification: slash commands, ticket panels, integrations. Nothing is copy-pasted from a template.
Phase 4: Launch We migrate or open the server, walk your team through every system, and hand over written documentation: role map, permission matrix, bot command reference, and moderation runbook. You own everything we build.
Phase 5: Optimization Depending on the package, a support period follows the launch — we fix issues, adjust configurations based on real member behavior, and train your staff on anything unclear. Ongoing maintenance, moderation and hosting are available as optional monthly add-ons.
