2. Data Collection (Hosting & Server Log Files)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare automatically collects and stores information in server log files: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, and time of request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (technically error-free and secure delivery of the website). Data may be transferred to the USA; this transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on EU standard contractual clauses. 3. Contact Form (Formspree)
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details will be stored for processing the inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use Formspree Inc. (USA). Data transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data remains until you request deletion or the storage purpose no longer applies.
4. Local Storage
This website uses localStorage to save your preferred language setting. This data is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (technically necessary storage) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Fonts
This website uses the fonts 'Inter', 'Space Grotesk' and 'Playfair Display', all hosted locally on our server. No data is transferred to external font providers.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, analysis tools, or advertising trackers.
